The Operator Portal is a field tool used by the service operator to gain an overview of operational tasks and then report the work done to the municipality.
It is usually external service operators who do the work and report to the municipality when the job is completed. This typically covers tasks like emptying and checking oil-/grease separators and sludge tanks.
Reports by mobile
Communication with the municipality is fully digital and the solution is adapted for use in the field. That means that service operators can use a mobile or tablet when they report on work done.
“The information goes straight into the municipal system, which saves the municipality a lot of time on followup, while the operators have an effective tool to work with in the field,” says Ståle Johannessen, product manager at Powel.
The service operators can also report faults and defects in the municipality's equipment with the same solution.
