Powel has announced the appointment of Scott Rogers as the new CEO of Powel Inc, U.S., a 100% owned subsidiary of Powel ASA. This appointment was effective January 1, 2008. After conducting a nationwide search, Powel Executive Board of Directors believes it has chosen an excellent leader who will guide Powel’s market development efforts as it continues to seek new and better ways to manage utility operations in North America.

Scott Rogers brings more than 22 years of utility industry experience from amongst others Utility Associates and Allegheny Energy.
