Jon Einar Værnes has resigned as President and CEO of Powel ASA.  The Board accepts his resignation and thanks him for his ten years of service and commends him for his instrumental role in building up the Company to where it is today. The Board has initiated a process to find Jon Einar Værnes’ replacement.  In the meantime Jon Einar Værnes will continue as Powel’s CEO until his successor is in place.
