Automated notification of service problems
Powel is gaining share in the market for automatic telephone notification services. Together with our supplier Framweb A/S we currently provide notification services to 26 municipalities. More and more municipalities see the benefit and value of an automated warning system. This applies to both daily operations and in emergency contexts. Manual procedures are expensive and inefficient. Residents also have higher expectations from their suppliers so effective customer service is a crucial factor for switching to automatic notification.
