We participate in a variety of student programs arrangements to introduce Powel as an excellent employer, share new job opportunity and recruit new talented individuals. We also support student organizations, such as IAESTE, through advertisements in publications, exhibitions, and trainee programs.
IAESTE trainees in Powel
Powel has hosted students from the Czech Republic as part of the IAESTE program. Experiences have been extremely positive. The students have contributed with valuable insights and knowledge in our development of enterprise software solutions for the energy utility industry. IAESTE is the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience.

Annual Entrepreneur Camp
Powel participates in an annual Entrepreneur Camp, a creative idea workshop for young people. Last year the theme was “Energy for the Future”. Powel will continue to promote creativity and a sense of responsibility among young people because the company wishes to support the development of young minds and their creative abilities, to find and develop talented people, and to demonstrate the exciting career opportunities to be found in the field of technology.
