Sydkraft Vattenkraft AB is subsidiary of SydkraftAB, a company in the E.ON Group. Sydkraft Vattenkraft is one of Swedens largest hydropower generators, with an annual generation of approximately 14 TWh from 135 power stations.
CEZ Mereni is wholly owned by the energy company CEZ. In the CEZ Group this company provides the services in the areas installation and operation of electric meters and switching elements. The company provides to all end customers connected to distribution networks electric meter administration services, assembly, disassembly, replacement for regular verification, validation and maintenance of measuring equipment and its purchase.
